A massive thank you to Ben at Country Carpet Care!

We got Ben out to clean the whole training centre carpets, as they had gotten a bit grubby with the amount of foot traffic we had in and out over the last couple of years!

We honestly can’t believe how good they look; they look brand new again!

We’ve had multiple people comment on the difference it’s made 🤗

Ben was friendly and upfront. There were no hidden surprises, and he managed our expectations from start to finish. It was perfect that he could do a weekend when we were closed!

Have you always wanted to do First Aid? 🚑

Maybe you like the idea, and you would like to understand how your actions can help prevent injury?

We are offering limited spaces on our upcoming course, equipping you and your team with the skills to provide First Aid in the wake of an accident.

Delivered at our Ashburton Training Hub, this course will run from 9am to 4:00pm on the 11th, 12th and 13th of March.

Lunch and all learning materials included. 🎯

🤔 By the end of this course, you will be armed with the skills needed to give emergency first aid. You will also be able to assist a fully-qualified first aider in an emergency situation, with course content including:

✅ Communication and casualty care
✅ Bleeding (minor and severe)
✅ Burns
✅ Choking (adult)
✅ Defibrillator prompts and how to respond to them
✅ Health and safety (first aid) regulations
✅ Resuscitation (adult CPR)
✅ Seizures (adults)
✅ Shock

You will be assessed using both a multiple-choice exam paper, and practical exams.
Both the assessment paper and the practical have an 80% pass mark. Once you pass, you will be awarded a QST certificate which is valid for three years. 📈
