I have worked with these 2 wonderful women since we met on our first NHS supervision training 20 years ago! We now meet less formally in peer supervision but our conversations are rich, long, full of love of which holding each other to account & chaljenge is also a vital part. This year has been more challenging than any but we are still there for each other. I am very grateful to Vicky & Louise. They are part of my bedrock.

We wanted to share something that reflects our values of nourishment and resourcing each other. Also that it takes time to grow an Oak...but we all begin as an acorn with that potential. The right conditions grow the tree...I could go on! See you there?
