Welcome, I’m Kristy, an accredited person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist with a deep commitment to supporting the wellbeing of children, young people, and adults.
With over 20 years of experience in various roles, from childcare to safeguarding, I’ve developed a unique ability to connect with and support individuals on a therapeutic level.

I specialise in creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their emotions, navigate challenges, and foster self-awareness. My approach is client-led, often incorporating creative therapies like play therapy to help those who find it difficult to express themselves verbally.
