Well, I've finished my final Tonal Sound Bath tonight as I go on maternity leave. 🥹

I've absolutely loved doing these sessions. 💗 It's become a big part of who I am and the passion I have for using sound, my voice, as a tool for helping others. 🙏

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, come along to sessions, shared my work, and showed up for me throughout this process. I know there will come a time when I have to ask for that support again, when the time is right. 😊

The journey isn't ending or even pausing, not for me. I'm confident it will evolve as I become a mother, and take on this new chapter. I won't be coming back, I'm bringing it all with me. 😁

I'm so grateful to have my last session, Wed 11th Oct, already fully booked 😁

I can open the session up to a few more people however, I need full payment by tomorrow end of day to secure the bigger room I'll need. The session is £10.

My last one! Don't worry! It's only while I go on maternity! I love my work in sound healing, it's a huge part of me, and I will be happy to return to it when the time aligns ✨️😁

Autumn is coming! 🍂🎃 A new season brings a new cycle of energy. For some, it's the start of a wind down that generates a need for more inner solitude or a desire to declutter and organise before winter. For others, it's a relief from the whirlwind of summer into focus and clarity.

It's also back to school, a shift of home life, work balance, and change of weather. All these impact our thoughts and feelings, so, I welcome you into this season with the latter part of my pregnancy journey playing out my last few Tonal Sound Baths 🤰🏻☺️
