Both teams in league action today and both adding 3 points to their points totals.

The Firsts hosted Taughmonagh YM at home. They raced into a 2 goal lead after 15 minutes through goals from JP and Phil McCann.

A frustrating game, in which the firsts never really got going to build on their lead before Dean Miller came off the bench to put the game to bed with two quick fire goals before McCann added a 5th towards the end.

The Reserves travelled to Wedderburn to face Sandy Row Reserves, putting their opponents to the sword as they won 6-1, with Four goals coming from Jon Wang and Bill Loughlin grabbing a brace on his return!

The Firsts bow out at the Quarter Final stage of the Cochrane Corry Cup, after falling to Kelvin OB today in a closely contested tie.

The Reserves were on the wrong side of a result away to Tullycarnet Reserves losing 3-2, with goals coming from Curtis Cully and an Own Goal.

Onto next week with both teams in league action. 🔴⚫️

🔴⚫️ Weekend Results 🔴⚫️

The Firsts make it back to back wins with their first game in the league since the 6th of December.

In what was a below par performance, they managed to grind out a result thanks to goals from Big Gilbert (Matt Beckett) and a hat trick from Phil McCann.

The Reserves were beaten 4-1 at home to Killyleagh, with a few regulars missing, a tough game was to be expected.

Onto next week for both teams with the Firsts travelling to Blanchflower to face Kelvin in the Quarter Finals of the Cochrane Corry, whilst the Reserves travel to play Tullycarnet.
