How to Stay on Track When Life Gets Busy
Life will never not be busy
So you’ve got to learn how to train and eat around the chaos
Here’s how:
1. Train early – before the day gets away from you
2. Keep meals simple – repeat meals you enjoy
3. Track sleep, not just steps
4. Know your minimum – a walk + one workout is better than nothing
5. Ask for help – from your coach, your partner, your circle
