We are beyond excited to welcome the amazing Kat Harding to The Chapel Studio for this deeply nourishing practice 🌙🕯️

Join us as we slow down, soften, and settle into a magical two-hour yin experience held by candlelight. This practice stays close to the earth with long-held, supported postures that encourage stillness, spaciousness, and a gentle unwinding before the busy season arrives.

Expect warmth, softness, breath-led presence, and a beautiful opportunity to reset, restore, and gift yourself a moment of calm. ✨

SATURDAY CLASS - Adults & 14+

Launching December 6th! Our brand new Saturday morning class is open to everyone aged 14+ — teens and adults are all welcome. It’s the perfect way to get moving, stay motivated, and feel energised through the winter months.

Join us every Saturday morning 08:30-09:30 running right through Christmas and into the New Year.

Each week, a different Chapel Studio teacher will guide you through an uplifting start to your weekend.

☀️ is off for some much-needed relaxation and a bit of sun chasing next week! 🌴

What an amazing term we’ve had at so many lovely new faces joining our wonderful regulars. It’s been such a busy, joy-filled term! 😅

For the next two weeks, we’ll be running a smaller timetable:

The studio feels calm and peaceful this morning, looking beautiful and ready for our Sunday Morning Sadhana 🌿

As we begin this restorative practice — a few nourishing hours of meditation, breathwork, gentle asana, mantra & sound healing — there’s a lovely sense of stillness in the space ✨

Guided by these sessions will be held monthly here at The Chapel Studio in Niton.

🙋🏼‍♂️Men’s Yoga — No Frills. No Fuss. Just Stretch.

Tuesdays | 6:30–7:30 pm

No chanting, no Om-ing — just movement, strength, and a good stretch.

This Men’s Yoga class is designed for real life and real bodies — whether you’re a 🏃‍♂️ runner, 🚴‍♂️ cyclist, 💪 gym regular, 🧑‍💻 desk dweller, or someone who simply wants to feel a bit less stiff getting out of bed in the morning.

Expect better flexibility and mobility (yes, even if you can’t currently touch your toes), Improved core strength and posture and time to breathe, reset, and unwind after a busy day!

All men are welcome — all ages, shapes, and levels of experience.

No need to be “good” at yoga — if you can breathe, you can do this.

Come for the stretch, stay for the headspace.
Leave feeling taller, lighter, and ready to tackle the week.
