Good morning all, with some amazing new opportunities coming next year and an abundance of new clients over the past few months..

I have had to make the decision to close my books and start a waiting list for new clients.

As many of you know, this isn't my main business, and I only work 3 days a week in my zen den. And im struggling to fit you all in. It's an amazing position to be in, but it's meant im merging into my days off & family time.

Thank you all so much for your continued support and trust in me. I'm so grateful.

I absolutely love holding sacred circles for women.

Today, i had to do a last-minute change from fem flow yoga to a sista circle as the weather wasn't going to be kind.

And it was the best, unplanned, magical & emotional circle I think I've ever held.
