Come and try a monthly Sound Bath in Watlington Village Hall.

This months is full but there is space at my next one on Sunday 8th February at 6pm.
Never been to a sound bath before ? Why not give it a try. This could be the start of a wellbeing journey for you. To help you prepare, I will send you details of what to expect from this experience. I’ll also have time to speak with you before the session starts.

Crossbills at Shouldham Warren, hopefully they settle and start to breed here. Crossbills are the first species to start breeding in February.

I plan my sound baths to give you space to rest and ground - helping you calm your body and encourage better sleep.

My last sound bath of 2025

Start 6pm

Shifting into the energy of winter. I start with a guided meditation before the gradual sounds and vibrations of the gong, Tibetan bowls, chimes and drum.
Sound and the vibrations may help with lowering blood pressure, easing anxiety and improve sleep. These are just a few of the benefits.

There are a few places still available.

I wrapped up warm and visited The Tibetan Peace Garden, Lambeth yesterday. Closing my eyes and listening to the sounds around me. The cold but gentle breeze capturing the remaining leaves left on the trees. I carried on with my walk taking in the in the sights and sounds of nature in this busy city. Parakeets squawking in the tree tops, squirrels rummaging amongst the fallen leaves.
