I wasn’t able to get a photo of the song thrush who was in the meditation at last nights sound bath. But here’s a kestrel who did pose for their photo on the same walk.

The land is starting to stir, crocuses, daffodils and hellebores start to emerge.
Whilst buds and catkins start to appear on the trees.
The song thrush, bluetit, robin and blackbird can be heard adding their song as nature and the land awakens.

Snowdrops have begun to add their colour at this time of year. These tiny flowers are strong enough to withstand the harsh frosts and sometimes snow at this time of year.

Come and try a monthly Sound Bath in Watlington Village Hall.

This months is full but there is space at my next one on Sunday 8th February at 6pm.
Never been to a sound bath before ? Why not give it a try. This could be the start of a wellbeing journey for you. To help you prepare, I will send you details of what to expect from this experience. I’ll also have time to speak with you before the session starts.
