Summer Solstice Sound Bath 2025.

We gathered in the final hours of the longest day in celebration of the Summer Solstice in the beautiful surroundings of Stow Hall Gardens. The warmth of the evening embraced us as we bathed in the sound of the gongs, chimes, bowls and drum under the Medley trees. We were serenaded by the evening song of blackbird and wren and bees and butterflies fluttered past, who were also making the most of this special day. The gentle breeze swayed the leaves of the trees, providing a soothing backdrop as we lay nearby.

Thank you to each and every one of you who came along to share this sound bath. I also give my gratitude to the nature and beauty within this space. Blackbird Healing & Sound is looking forward to returning to Stow Hall Gardens for future events.
