Later this month Ken Shipp will be experiencing an agonising chest wax to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity close to his heart. So please guys, can we help him reach his target!

We might even share some pics because it would be a shame not to make the experience even more uncomfortable for him 🤭. And fair play to our very own Claire Bell for taking on the role of chief waxer…she may live to regret that.

Bit of motivation for a Terrific Tuesday ❤️👣

In September I am taking part in the Shine half marathon walk on behalf of Cancer Research UK.
My Dad Frank was diagnosed with Kidney cancer in 2018. I'm pleased to be able to say that he remains stable and is under the care of the brilliant oncology team at Addenbrookes Hospital. I'm doing this walk for my Dad and so many others like him who have been affected by this heinous disease.
Any donations will be gratefully received. I know times are hard at the moment and everyone constantly seems to be asking for money for this or that. But even a small amount will help to make a difference. Thank you 🙏
