Introducing Ann James one of our Tuesday Morning Members who reached her Target weight this week 🥰
Annie shared - “I met Hayley at the Flu Clinic in Poringland six months ago when I was at my lowest point mentally….her kindness and enthusiasm encouraged me to join her Tuesday morning group. Back then, I was a size 20, it was never about the numbers on the scales for me, or a quick result. I'm now a size 14……I can now look in the mirror and I see ME for the first time in over 20 years .... and I'm smiling. I've got my MOJO back and it's all thanks to the support from Hayley and my new friends at group.
I'll still be there each week and continue learning how to maintain my healthy lifestyle. I wouldn't miss it for the world 😀 XX "
