Our next Soundbath and Reiki event is linked to the Spring Equinox and is on Sunday 29th March.

We have two sessions 11am and 2.30pm. Each session is 90 minutes long and consists of deep resonant sound healing alongside Reiki energy healing. It’s a powerful blend that encourages deep relaxation, allows you to access healing brainwaves, helps with cellular regeneration and can shift energetic or emotional blockages or imbalances. Above all else it’s just a really nice space to give yourself some calm time out from the rest of your life.

Today is Imbolc. A fire festival celebrating the first stirrings of spring. A nod to the winter we are still in and a look towards what is coming. Buds are swelling, snowdrops are blooming, birds are singing louder, nature is starting to slowly awaken. It is not spring yet but it is coming. For now enjoy the final days of winter slumber and stillness to make yourself ready for when the spring energy arrives 🌱

Feeling stressed or mentally drained? 🧘‍♀️ Try Child’s Pose (Balasana) — a simple yoga posture with powerful benefits for your brain and body.

By folding forward and resting your forehead, this pose activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to calm the mind, reduce stress hormones, and promote feelings of relaxation. It gently stretches the spine, hips, and shoulders, releasing tension that builds up from long hours of sitting.

Just a few minutes a day can help improve sleep, lower your resting heart rate, and sharpen mental clarity. Deep, mindful breathing in this position also helps quiet mental chatter and reset your emotional balance.

We had a powerful new moon intention setting practice tonight. Thank you to wonderful group of strong and powerful women that joined me.

Meditation, yin and nidra is back twice a month, Thursday evenings 6.30-8pm in Sutton on Trent. Our next session falls on the waning crescent moon, the last big release of last years energies before the lunar new year begins. Come and join us.
