CORE WORK !
Every time I train I hit hanging leg raises. If you're going to put the work into dedicating yourself to a hard and long diet to get your six pack out then MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ONE ! 馃槣
Aside from the visual benefits I actually need to do these , without a strong core the rest of my training is not as good . I'm talking back training and leg training. The difference it makes having a strong core when u hit exercises like squats deadlifts rows is huge !
