Body weight exercises are a great way to start your rehab.

This way you
👉🏼Can do them anywhere
👉🏼Don’t need equipment (a mat is useful)
👉🏼Can increase by or decrease depending on how you’re doing
👉🏼Can adjust the exercises easily without faffing with bars/weights

💁🏻‍♀️What you might not know if you are also doing pelvic floor rehabilitation.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏽Muscle groups work together.
Maintaining good strength in muscles that support the pelvis will also support the pelvic floor.
