but it can gently shift your whole nervous system 🌿
Warm light on your skin ☀️
Fresh air around you 🌱
A quiet moment to let your thoughts land on paper 📓
This is regulation.
This is care.
This is enough.
Journaling doesn’t have to be deep or perfect.
It can be as simple as:
• “Today feels heavy…”
• “Right now I need…”
• “One small thing that helped was…”
When you pair that with sunshine, your body often softens a little.
Your breathing slows.
Your thoughts feel less tangled.
You don’t have to fix everything today.
Just giving your feelings a place to go is a powerful start 💛
You deserve moments like this too.
If you can, take 5 minutes today-step outside, feel the light, and write one sentence. That’s enough.
