sometimes the smallest things can support your biggest feelings 💛

Sitting in the sunshine with a notebook might not seem like much…
but it can gently shift your whole nervous system 🌿

Warm light on your skin ☀️
Fresh air around you 🌱
A quiet moment to let your thoughts land on paper 📓

This is regulation.
This is care.
This is enough.

Journaling doesn’t have to be deep or perfect.
It can be as simple as:
• “Today feels heavy…”
• “Right now I need…”
• “One small thing that helped was…”

When you pair that with sunshine, your body often softens a little.
Your breathing slows.
Your thoughts feel less tangled.

You don’t have to fix everything today.
Just giving your feelings a place to go is a powerful start 💛

You deserve moments like this too.

Honestly, my hair has become such a huge part of who I am - and a massive part of Worley’s World too. 💕
It’s creativity, confidence, self-expression and nervous system joy all rolled into one 😂🌈

Simone and Lisa - the incredible duo behind Fusion Hair and Beauty - are so much more than amazing hairdressers.

They’ve created a space that feels warm, welcoming and completely judgment-free 💕

A place where you can show up exactly as you are.
Whether you’ve hidden parts of yourself away, spent years apologising for who you are, or you’re still figuring yourself out… these lasses make you feel safe enough to just be you. 🌶️✨

One of the things I love most about Blyth is finding those safe spaces and fellow spicy-brained humans who just get it. 🙌

Then head up the road to Fusion - another small business that genuinely feels like home when you walk through the door.

And honestly… my hair speaks for itself 💁‍♀️😂
The talent these lasses have is unreal.

But more than that - if you’re anxious about hairdressers, struggle with sensory overwhelm, feel uncomfortable in salon spaces, or you’re looking for somewhere supportive for your spicy-brained kids too… they’ve got you 💯
