⭐️ MNVP Staff Recognition Awards ⭐️

For this quarter we presented a few individuals that stood out to us for their involvement in the running/ planning of the Nest & Nurture Fair’s in Grimsby and Scunthorpe, there could have been lots of people we gave it to but settled on these four lovely ladies 😊

It was brilliant to be invited to hear all about the plans for BabyZone Grimsby, which will be held on Fridays in the new Horizon Youth Zone facility.

Running 9:30-2:30 Fridays parents and carers of 0-5year olds will be able to attend free workshops and sessions such as baby massage, messy play, story fairy, mini first aid and lots of soft play activities.

It sounds like it will be a brilliant space for our little people and for our partner services to refer into and attend alongside families.

We hope to pop along soon and chat to parents using the facility about their maternity & neonatal experiences

We are very sorry but we have made the decision to postpone our event this afternoon. After speaking to the venue and staff making their way to the group the roads are very icy and more snow is forecast in the areas we are travelling from, we don’t feel it is safe to encourage pregnant people/families to come out in this either and therefore have made a collective decision to cancel today.

We are in the process of rescheduling and will let you know as soon as we have done so.

Huge apologies to anyone who doesn’t see this in time and does turn up to the group - please share with anyone who was interested in coming along.

On the 24th November it is Midwifery Support Worker and Midwifery Care Assistant Celebration Day👶🏽

We are incredibly thankful for the hard work and support our MSW's provide to both their colleagues within the Maternity department, but also to our patients across the Humber Health Partnership. They work in the hospital and in the community, wearing either a pale grey or blue striped uniform.
