Wild Rose x Seasons is a gentle 2-hour mini-retreat to support your nervous system, restore your energy, and help you reconnect with your body, mind, and rhythm.

Move gently. Rest deeply. Reflect with intention. Each session includes:
• Slow, nourishing Pilates–Yoga fusion
• Deeply calming sound bath
• Guided journaling and reflection

Everything is unhurried, trauma-aware, and designed to help your body feel safe, supported, and at ease. You’ll leave calmer, grounded, and more connected, with a small Wild Rose seasonal gift to continue the ritual at home.

🌸🗡️The face behind Wild Rose🗡️🌸

Hi, I’m Kayleigh, nurse, wife, mum, Virgo, and late-diagnosed ADHD’er, a woman who finally stopped trying to fit into boxes that were never made for me 🙏

I live for cold water dips, paddleboarding, lifting heavy, blasting rock music, and wandering in nature, that’s where I feel grounded, alive, and truly myself 🙌

Wild Rose grew from my own journey of burnout, grief, healing, and remembering who I am beneath the roles and expectations 🥰

This is a space for women who are strong and sensitive, soft and powerful, tired of shrinking, ready to come home to themselves 💪

Wild Rose has been evolving, and over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing all the ways it’s growing, new ideas, new energy, and new ways to connect 💕

My husband definitely thinks I’ve lost it.
“You want… a sword for Christmas?”
Yes. A sword.

Apparently, reawakening your inner Shield Maiden is a thing.

I’ve just started , and already, something ancient inside me is stirring.

The past year has been heavy, my head a storm… and I’d forgotten what it feels like to move in a way that ignites your soul.

Every strike.
Every stance.
Every movement demands my presence.

No hiding.
No autopilot.
Just me, my mat, my sword, and my fire.

The Shield Maiden in me is making a comeback, unapologetic, unshakable, and unstoppable.

Claiming my space.
My strength.
My power.
I feel alive again.

This is only the beginning.
And maybe, just maybe, my husband will admit the sword was a genius idea.
