What a beautiful Women’s Wellness Day by the Sea 💗🌊

Together with Aimee at , we held sacred space for an amazing group of women. Flowing through yoga, breathwork, sauna, and refreshing sea dips, all centred around the theme of letting go 🙏🥰

The energy was gentle yet powerful. The sea held us, the heat softened us, and we closed the morning with warm drinks, nourishing snacks, and heartfelt connection 🙌

I am feeling so grateful for this day, these incredible women, and the magic that happens when we come together ✨️

I could definitely get hooked on this feeling.....if you know, you know 🤭💕

Wild Rose is coming to the Glencorse Centre for the very first time!

Join us on Friday 11th July | 6:00–7:30pm for a calming, soul-soothing evening of sound and connection.

Sink into stillness as crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred sounds wash over you, melting tension, calming your system, and bringing you back to centre.

🫖 After the session, stay for tea, treats, and relaxed connection with like-minded souls.

To the fathers. The father figures. The men who lead with love, quiet strength, and depth of heart, today, we honour you. 💙

Lately, something has been rising…
🌿A quiet nudge.

I’m being called to create a space just for men,
A space held in sound, not silence.
A place to rest the nervous system, let go of tension, and reconnect to clarity and calm.
No expectations. No performance. Just presence.

A men’s-only sound bath, gentle, powerful, and deeply restorative.
