How I work : Client lead sessions, utilising my knowledge across 4 disciplines. Permission based healing, clearing and corrections.

That might read like its obvious, a kind of "well I'd hope so", but let me break down what I mean:

📣Clear information and communication- I will spend as much time as you need explaining what your session will consist of, so you can make informed decisions.

📣Permission based- as we move through the session I'll continue to check in with you before I do anything new or different to check that you're happy to continue. Even if on paper its the "right/correct" thing to do next, if your body/nervous system isnt here for it then I'm not going to push that envelope without your say so, but you have to own that ➡️

📣Accountability- sessions work best when clients take accountability for themselves. Come in asking the same question over and over without changing anything between sessions? You're going to see the same cards in readings. Still not feeling great after a correction, but haven't followed up with your nutrition or movements, then we're going to repeat the previous session. Still feeling drained after an energy correction, but atent holding your boundaries day to day, we're going to start over. I can guide you, but I can't spoon feed you. Right down to if the music in the session feels wrong, then tell me. Not feeling strong enough today? Just tell me. Or perhaps scared, but ready to make serious change? Thats awesome, just tell me. Then, together, we can get you to where you need to be. Guided by my knowledge I can give you the parameters to make informed decisions for best out come.
