A serene spot on Long Sands Beach in Tynemouth, where we'll gather for a magical time together. We'll begin with an inspiring meditation and a soul-soothing sound journey. Then, we'll dive into some heart-nourishing cacao while setting powerful intentions for the year ahead.

We'll then revitalize ourselves with a refreshing sea dip and some invigorating breath work, sending our intentions out into the sea. After that, we'll head back to a cozy fire to warm up, connect, sip on some healing brews, and share delicious snacks. 🌊
