Run by Mandy Worsley, a practitioner with 35 years experience of working in the health and wellness space NHS and private practice. Run by Mandy Worsley, a qualified paediatric nurse with over 30 years’ experience with the NHS. She set up her practice in 2016 when she left the NHS to work freelance and undertook additional training and qualification in children's relaxation and mindfulness, fertility coaching, meditation and holistic therapies. Calm On The Farm Services is a retreat venue offering Yoga, Meditation, Sounds therapy, alongside venue hire for bespoke retreats. Calm Child Consultancy, where she works with children, families, schools and other professionals to offer emotional health and wellbeing services, she has a special interest in the field of Adoption and Fostering, with personal and professional experience spanning 15 years. She works in schools, with local authorities, directly with families, in groups or 1-2-1. Calm Couples Consultancy is a service for couple looking to start a family who are experiencing fertility struggles or who are looking at adoption/fostering as their root to parenthood. She works with couple, singles and with fertility clinics national and internationally. She works face to face and via zoom. Today is another milestone day in my entrepreneurial journey and vision for Chetham farm retreat. ♥️

I have been a qualified nurse for 35 years, leaving my NHS role in 2016 with burnout. I had a dream, a vision and a passion to being wellness events to nhs staff. 💚

Today 2 lovely girls, a critical care nurse and a paramedic came to look round the retreat today and are excited to start delivering regular retreats for here in 2026. ♥️

Also watch this space for my signature retreats “From Burnout to Balance” I will be running for any one who needs it 💚.
