When I first contacted Susan, I was having serious problems with intrusive thoughts and was looking for someone to help me to get rid of them. Working with Susan what I found was that instead of trying to rid myself of negative symptoms what I needed to do was build on the positive aspects of my life. My six sessions with Susan helped me to both manager my symptoms and focus my energy on setting positive and realistic goals for the future using a pragmatic approach. She also provided me with effective tools that will continue to use to maintain safe boundaries ‘away from the negative thoughts and further clarity on what I want to achieve in the future.

​Since completing my treatment with Susan, I have continued to use the Recovery Tools, she has given me which have supported my successful Application for a post as Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing at my local University. Susan's work is very effective for giving structure, purpose and meaning to your recovery and the modalities she uses are very empowering, *especially if you are a Cult Survivor.
