These dangerous vitamins are not beneficial to your health!
On the contrary, they often have the opposite effect. They’re used because they are often cheap and create a huge profit margin for the manufacturer.
⛓️💥Synthetic vitamin A: can also interfere with vitamin D and K2, increasing the risk of bone fractures
⛓️💥Beta-carotene: made from coal tar and petroleum, and can increase the risk of certain cancers
⛓️💥Folic acid: 30% to 40% of the world’s population has an alteration of the MTHFR gene, which interferes with their ability to turn folic acid into folate. This causes it to build up in the blood and leads to an increased risk of cancer and a suppressed immune system.
⛓️💥Synthetic B12: consuming large amounts depletes you of methylcobalamin, a vital antioxidant
⛓️💥Calcium carbonate: can build up in the arteries and kidneys and increase your risk of a heart attack
⛓️💥Iron: too much can increase your risk of type 2 diabetes, liver issues, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s
⛓️💥Magnesium oxide: a cheap, poorly-absorbed form of magnesium that frequently causes diarrhea
⛓️💥Vitamin D2: not nearly as beneficial as vitamin D3, yet it’s the most prescribed form
⛓️💥Omega-6 fat, often in the form of linoleic acid: too much increases inflammation
