It’s called the Omega-3 Index.

It measures the percentage of EPA and DHA in your red blood cells.

Here’s the surprising part.

The optimal range is around 8–12%.

But in many populations, the average sits closer to 4–5%.

Even among people already taking omega-3 supplements.

Which raises an important question:

A thought I had recently…

We spend so much time maintaining things we own.

🚗 Servicing the car.
🏡 Fixing the house.
📱Upgrading the phone.
🧑‍💻 Working on our careers.

But the one thing we live in every single day is our body.

And unlike everything else, we don’t get a replacement.

I’ve realised that looking after my health isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about the small things I do consistently.

What I eat.
How I move.
How I rest.

Not all supplement forms are equal
