The last house at our development in Northallerton is now finished ready to hand over the keys on Wednesday.

We are getting ready to hand over the keys to the purchasers of two of our houses in Northallerton, almost a year to the day since we got the keys to the old building that occupied the site.

It wasn’t our intention to demolish the old property but it soon became obvious that we had no other option.

Hopefully you all agree that the three new dwellings fit in with the street scene perfectly.

It has been an absolute pleasure to be able to build these houses to a high specification and using quality materials and has given us an opportunity to show off what we do best!

It’s great to see the lads back at Northallerton this morning! We have had to shut down for ten days due to a positive Covid-19 case. Luckily a full recovery has been made by the person in question!
