A little bit of fun at the end of our lovely seated yoga session delivered by Sue for our Wollaston Wellbeing Group on Thursday 🧘🏻‍♀️By popular request, Sue will return towards the end of October to share some more yoga with the group 😊
Our Wollaston Wellbeing Group meets on alternate Thursdays at the Oasis Room, Wollaston Village Hall, our next session will be an autumn craft activity on 9th October 🍂🍁

📣 Drop-in session for families affected by dementia

Are you caring for someone living with dementia? You're not alone.

Join us for a free drop-in session with a specialist dementia Admiral Nurse, in partnership with Dementia UK. These sessions are a safe space for families, friends, and carers to get practical guidance and navigate the many changes and challenges of dementia.

No need to book, just drop in.

Thank you to our lovely friends at Northants SEND Mummas for sharing a peaceful wellbeing & craft session with us last week 🎨 It was great to meet some new faces and to deliver a pebble painting activity. Looking forward to sharing another session with you soon 😊

Our Cognition Cafe met up on Friday, enjoyed sharing music interests from first concerts, favourite showtunes, and music memories. Crosswords were shared and completed, lots to chat about and, of course a cuppa and biscuits.
Come along and join us at the next session on Friday 3rd October, 10am - 12pm, NPH Connect Parsons Meade Community Hub, West Hunsbury - no need to book, just come along!

When we left NPH Connect Arlbury Road Community Hub following our Get Up & Go session on Tuesday we found a pair of prescription glasses outside in the car park. If they belong to you, we have let them in the kitchen at the venue, so please collect them from there next time you are passing. Hoping they can be reunited with their owner!
