The next session of our Eden Close Wellbeing Group will be on Tuesday 10th February at NPH Connect Eden Close Community Hub, 2pm - 4pm, open to all.
With Chinese New Year approaching, we will be getting creative with papercraft activities, so why not come along and spend a couple of hours with us?

It’s Time To Talk Day, but every day should be a time to talk day. We need to be honest about mental health. Talking will help save lives. If you don’t feel like you can talk to people in your life there are many organisations you can talk to.

Our Wellbeing Groups at Wollaston and Eden Close both created their own wind chimes to close out January - so much creativity & so many different ideas 🦋
