Thoroughly enjoyed teaching Dynamic Flow Workshop with Millie on Saturday! Not only we were fully booked (Yay...), we shared such great energy and strong Vinyasa Flow Yoga, we stretched, we strengthened, we deepened our practice, we tried - and succeeded - peak poses, FUN transitions, play time too😊... All this at the magical Hotpod Yoga Daventry . Thank You All for joining me, you all did Amazingly well 👍👍👏👏. And I loved the big round of applause that you kindly and generously gave me. Love to you all and see you soon on the mat and in the Pod ❤🙏 ###
