Hello, my name is Helena and I am a Counselling specialist based in the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire/Warwickshire area in the U.K, I also offer online services for International Clients all around the world.

With my non-judgmental approach, I am confident you will feel safe, relaxed and supported throughout this process.

I am an experienced Person Centred Counsellor, who also specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Solution Focused Therapy, Play Based Therapy and Integrative Approaches.
