🤸♀️🤸♀️ INSPIRATIONAL POST ALERT 🤸♀️🤸♀️
This is Carol, she has just completed the Next Door Fitness 8- week course and I'm sure you'll agree she looks fabulous.
Through a mixture of daily exercises and taking control of her food and drink Carol is much fitter and has lost more than a stone. No dieting, no overwhelming fitness fads just some better decisions and a few subtle tweaks.
We have loved working with Carol.... Congratulations!!!

I had lost some weight and try to be healthy but had come to a plateau. My friend told me about the winning combination of Iain and Becki at Next Door Fitness. I needed a different approach and after a telephone chat with Iain I felt they could help.
Becki dealt with the physical side. As I live in Oxfordshire and often spend time away, I joined her zoom classes. In addition, Becki sent me a plan which I could do as and when I like. I could do some exercises whilst cooking dinner if I wanted. What I love is there were moves I couldn’t do at the start but now I don’t hesitate to do them.
My zooms with Iain were set for convenient times. It was good to have a focus each week to review achievements and consider what did/didn’t work for me. My lightbulb moment was realising it’s all up to me.
My Fitness Pal, Fitbit and Gousto have all become parts of my life. I know if I go off the rails, I can sort it out. Nothing is off limits.
I tried various weekly challenges and the ones I have stuck with are not drinking alcohol, I stopped wine first and then virtually stopped all alcohol. So far, I don’t miss it. I’ve started drinking at least 1 litre of water each day. I do some form of exercise each day even if it’s just walking.
I’m now able to wear smaller clothes and feel good when I put them on. In the dark I accidentally put on a pair of my husband’s shorts, and they fitted me, wow that was a special moment, my husband is a super slim cyclist. Other people have noticed I look different, and I’ve started to get compliments. I feel so much healthier, not so lethargic all the time.
I know for certain I have lost over 1 stone during the 8 weeks and the thing I love is THREE inches off each thigh.
