Thank you all so much for your kindness, support, and encouragement over the last two years, it has truly meant the world to me.

🫁 💛 Friday Evening Physioga Class

What a beautiful way to close out the week — thank you to everyone who joined me this evening with a focus on the core, fun balance work and a peaceful relaxation!

We explored
:
💪 Building deep core strength to support posture and movement

⚖️ Finding balance — both physically and mentally

🌿 Ending with gentle relaxation to release tension and restore calm

There was ALOT of laughing during the class as we playfully explored and fell out of poses! It was such a joy to see everyone moving mindfully, connecting breath with control, and finishing the week feeling centered and renewed.

Here’s to more evenings of movement and mindfulness, as we build the Physioga community 💛

💛 🫁 Bespoke Physiotherapy Session for the therapy team at NGH tonight!

We led with the breath, moved mindfully, giggled through balance poses, pushed boundaries, and wrapped up with gentle relaxation to guide us into the evening!

Special guest appearance from a member of the cleaning team in Warrior 2!

Join us on Saturday 4th October for a selection of free classes for new customers. In these 60-minute Discovery Sessions, we will break down and introduce you to the classes we offer. There will be time to adjust to the temperature, plenty of opportunity to take breaks and explore different sections of a Hotpod Flow class, with elements of the Foundation Flow and a lovely 20 minutes of Nurturing Flow too. Use code NEWBIE against a single class pass for your free admission. Classes will run:
8-9am | 10-11am | 12-1pm with time for some light refreshments, to tour the studio and to discuss class passes and membership options.
* One class per customer
* New customers only
* Places must be booked in advance

Injuries are humbling. A simple broken pinky toe and although I can still walk, I can’t run or engage in any impact activities. Despite this, the yoga practice reminds me that it isn’t just about what we can do physically—it’s about how we meet ourselves in the moments when we can’t.

So for now, it’s modified postures when needed, pranayama, meditation, and the deeper inner work. I’m committed to showing up with presence, patience, and creativity—because healing is part of the path too.

I am pleased to share that no classes will be impacted and I will continue to hold space for you!

Intentionally choosing to react and show up in a way that serves is the practice 💛
