Just a little heads - up for this week’s class 💜
I’ve been struggling with a leg problem for the last couple of months and unfortunately it’s not improving as quickly as I’d hoped, so I need to take things a little steadier for a while and will be walking through the routines in class rather than going full-out myself. It’s causing quite a bit of pain and discomfort in the hip/glute area and sometimes down the leg — not ideal for a fitness instructor! 😅
Please don’t worry though - classes will still be exactly the same, full of energy, fun and glowsticks as always! ✨🪩💃
Thank you all so much for your understanding and support. I’m listening to my body and hoping that by dialling things down now, I’ll get back to full strength sooner rather than later 💜
