Bloating after meals, gas, irregular bowel movements... these overlap symptoms confuse so many people! This could help you understand the difference and why proper testing matters.

SIBO, also known as small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, happens when bacteria move from the large to small intestine

💡 Can colonic hydrotherapy help with SIBO?

While colonics might provide temporary relief from bloating, they don't address the root cause in the small intestine. SIBO requires targeted treatment that focuses on the bacterial overgrowth where it's actually happening, not just clearing the large intestine.

Why you wake up flat but look 6 months pregnant by the evening.

This is one of the most common things I hear from clients — and it's not in your head.

Here's what's actually happening:

Your gut has been resting overnight. No food coming in, less gas production, everything's calm.

Then throughout the day:
• Food starts moving through (or not moving well)
• Gas builds up from digestion
• Congestion increases
• Your gut struggles to process everything
