Support 4 Independence Ltd our mission is to empower vulnerable adults by providing them with the tools, resources, and support necessary to lead independent and fulfilling lives. I am the managing director of Support 4 Independence Ltd, a company dedicated to providing person-centred care. My career has been diverse, encompassing roles in the rehabilitation of people with brain injuries, mental h

ealth, learning disabilities, autism, and substance misuse. In 2009, I founded Support 4 Independence, which initially focused on community support before expanding into supported living. From humble beginnings as a social club at the local community centre, we've grown to establish our award-winning day service,
