This lovely Spring spray is light, fresh, and has a touch of sweetness and tart.

Ingredients
20 drops Lemon oil
20 drops Grapefruit oil
20 drops Lime oil
Distilled water

Instructions
In a glass spray bottle, add essential oils and top with water. Depending on the size of your spray bottle, you may wish to add more essential oils.To refresh a room, just give the bottle a shake and spray liberally.

"I’d love to share a rose touch with my amazing Wife Michelle Marshall because she is so kind and sharing. we have 5 children and april last year 2 girls we’ve know all their lives were taken from the care of there Mum whilst we were looking after them. She couldn’t bear the thought of them going into care so discussed with me wether we could share our home with them. There was never any doubt we would do whatever it took to do this. After a hard life the girls are so happy now and call her Mum and we are now their guardians. Just one of many stories why my wife is so amazing ... oh and she puts up with me "

Thankyou to everyone who came on Monday night to join us in Bath at our 'Restore & Cleanse workshop'.
Thank you to Julia Jeremiah for organising. It was such a wonderful evening. If you haven't already eaten at Nourish in Bath, you must! The first fully vegan restaurant to open in this beautiful city. The food was amazing! Thankyou Robbie for opening for the evening to host our workshop. We will be back!
