Sometimes life is busy!
Getting 10,000 steps in might feel unachievable but that doesn’t mean you can’t still get some little wins in throughout your day.
Keep doing them to make them a habit, once they stick add in 10 squats every time you’ve finished on the toilet (but never hover whilst peeing…when you know you know 😉)
