If you don’t learn to say no, then your body will do it for you!

▫️Dizziness

These (plus many many more) are your body’s way of communicating the need for rest, space, recovery & even safety ❤️
But when you feel these symptoms it’s natural to feel that your body has turned against you
But a BIG part of healing & recovery is learning to understand the laungage of your body and how it is ALWAYS, without exception, trying to commit and return you to true health & wellbeing.
Your body’s primary role is a commitment to your health, your safety & even your survival.
Stop fighting with it and against it, stop, listen and learn
If you are not honouring your boundaries then your body will say “no more”
Your body is ALWAYS working in your favour, it is your one true protector, guide and ally in your journey back to health.
