Really looking forward to hanging out with my creative clan tomorrow. The theme is "nesting" and we'll be creating cosy vibes and exploring the spaces that help us feel safe and secure. This is my attempt in my nest - at home with a book, cuppa and canine.

Spaces left on this Saturday's art journaling workshop. This month we are taking inspiration from artist Naomi Vona with the theme of "transformation."

We'll have fun with paint pens, washi tape, fabric and plenty more.

As always we'll begin the session with a short meditation to ground us into the space to ignite our creativity. You don't need to be a "talented artist." Just a willingness to play, imagine and experience the therapeutic benefits of making marks and images. All materials included.

This Saturday's art journal workshop we'll be looking at Pattern. Not just beautiful patterns or making our own but exploring our own patterns of thinking and behaviour. Are they serving us or do we need to change colour, texture, direction?
