Reiju is a beautiful spiritual blessing within traditional Reiki practice.

Often translated as “spiritual blessing”, Reiju is a quiet ceremony offered by a Reiki teacher to help students deepen their connection to Reiki energy. It is not about learning something new, but about gently strengthening the connection that already exists.

During a Reiju ceremony, students sit quietly in meditation while the teacher offers a brief energetic blessing. Many people experience a deep sense of calm, clarity and connection afterwards.

It is a simple yet powerful reminder that Reiki is not something we do, but something we allow to flow through us.

Join my Reiki Level 1 Course and learn the foundations of this gentle energy healing practice.

This course is an invitation to begin your Reiki journey, opening you to the gentle yet powerful flow of universal life force energy. It is a nurturing introduction to self-healing, energetic awareness and mindful living, supporting you to reconnect with your intuition and develop a deeper relationship with your own energy.

• The history and principles of Reiki
• Understanding energy, chakras and intuitive awareness
• Learning to channel Reiki safely for self-healing and others

Feeling very grateful today for the beautiful feedback and kind reviews from my clients.

"I found Jannene’s details on social media and could see that she was local and provided Reike treatment.
