Tonight’s Full Moon (with a total lunar eclipse!) is a powerful time to release old habits, beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve you. Eclipses amplify change, so expect deep emotional shifts and turning points.

Here’s a simple ritual you can try:

🌕 Find a quiet space and light a candle.
🌕 Write down the habits, fears, or patterns you’re ready to release.
🌕 Read your list out loud, affirming:

The program is nearly finished and we will be sharing it with you next week - whoop!

We have 27 different sessions and workshops available including sound baths, yoga, breathwork, cacao ceremonies, art therapy, beautiful savasana and much more.
