He looks happy, smashing that race last year too, so a good memory.

So I have a bad back and poor mobility. The NHS finally gives up and wants to send me to the pain clinic….

The alternative to a life on painkillers, is get a PT at the gym. Starts off quite embarrassing in this video, but gradually progress to over 2 stone lighter, full mobility and a virtually pain free back!

You’re never too old to make lifestyle changes and take control πŸ‘πŸΌ
