I have been a Pt for 13 years and thoroughly enjoy my job. I love making exercise fun and helping others to enjoy working out and keeping fit. Emily's first time doing press ups on her toes. Shes built up from her knees and has lost weight to help too. Shes getting stronger and smashing her sessions!

Absolutely Buzzing to be back running 🏃‍♀️ in this glorious weather too.
Had the most wonderful run earlier, it felt good, my fitness has been maintained.

8 weeks of cross training has been worth it. Despite the tears, tantrums, mental health dips and lack of motivation at times. I was disciplined, if not motivated, and i am so happy to be back doing what I love!!

Neil is smashing his deadlifts.
From never doing a deadlift because of his back pain and lack mobility to using a hex bar and getting lower.

Thats becuase the underlying cause wasnt addressed.
