🍂🍂🍂🍂 Autumn Equinox Blessings 🍂🍂🍂🍂

This date marks the autumn equinox, a moment in the year when day is equal to night. The word equinox comes from the Latin “equi” – meaning equal, and “nox” – meaning night. As the spring equinox in March signifies the ascent into the warmer days of summer, the autumn equinox marks the descent into the darker days of winter. And from this point onwards the nights grow increasingly longer than the days.

The equinox is an opportunity for us to look to the natural world for guidance and comfort. The cyclical change in seasons allows us to look inwards at our own transformation and growth. And as the leaves fall from the branches, we learn to let go of what no longer serves us.

Remembering 9-11

Do you remember where or what you were doing on this day 24 years ago.

I do, we had just arrived at the Round House, Bonanza Sq Benalmedena. Happy to be living in another country.
Arriving into the bar, there was shock, anxiety, disbelief and everyone was staring up at the TV.
Obviously looking at the tv a plane flew into the tower. We then learned of the first attack. Everyone there was in astonded and sad so many people killed.

A sad day across the World & Never Forgotten.
Sending Love to all involved that dreadful day 💔

Good evening to you all.

I think I maybe getting over Womanifest 2025 🤣
But, it was the most amazing weekend. Soon be 2026!

I have quite a few chronic illnesses for many years now.

But the past about 18months have been a rollercoaster of new illnesses, new conditions, new medications.

I need my own Ensuite at bloody hospital 🤣🤣

Anyway its not been all doom and gloom I have done some fab things, met some of the most amazing Women.

And last week Admirable Women Kick As-s has launched.
