Saturday 31st May I will be running this charity half marathon from Bear Inn, Tarporley and ending in The Lion, Malpas 🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️🥂

This will be my FIRST HALF MARATHON 😬

No time limit so I will be taking in the scenery of Sandstone Trail and plugging away getting up to 14 miles.

As this is a charity run, any donation would be appreciated. The two charities being supported this year are:
🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️ North West Cancer Research: Continuing our commitment to life-saving research in Si’s memory.

🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️ CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young): Supporting the Aaron James Dixon Memorial Fund (Charity No. 1050845). Aaron was a vibrant young man from our community who passed away from an undiagnosed heart condition; we run to support CRY's mission of screening and awareness.

New service announcement!

As many of you know, I believe in the physical and mental health connection so a new service is being offered:

* 45 minutes coaching session to look at your mindset and limiting beliefs
* 45 minutes exercise session, as high or low impact as you are looking for

Numerous conversations I've had recently through coaching sessions and the peer to peer support session with there are two words that scream out to me.

SHOULD and SHOULDN'T

These two words hold a lot to them more than what is said. Use slide 4 as examples to question the statement or, reframe what is said.

Beliefs affect more than your mindset. They can feed into all areas of our lives.
- The way you eat
- The way you communicate with others
- How and when you workout
- How you socialise

Get in touch if you're having difficulties and you have beliefs that's affecting your day to day life. We can dig and reframe what's going on.

Yesterday I ate pizza all day (accidentally).

The affects??
- My stomach hasn't liked me today
- I've been sluggish
- Affects my head mentally
- I swear I can feel my legs and cellulite spreading

Do I regret it? No
Do I feel guilty? No

Because I knew today I would get back to eating how I normally eat.

One day of eating a plate full of food that won't help you nutritionally will not be a problem. You can get back to your healthy eating the next day and get the focus back on you.

Today I've done two coaching sessions.

One video conference.
One face to face.

Both clients came to me with the same goal. 'want to become more sociable and do things for myself'.
For both it is all about prioritising themselves.

However, the approach for each client is VERY different.

Everyone's history is different.
Everyone learns differently.
Everyone's communication styles are different.

So why would the sessions look the same??

For some clients, an online self-paced programme works. For others, the personal touch, having a conversation and personalised tools & techniques are preferred.

This is where having a coach comes in! We get to know you and decide the best approach for you.

Even if it means starting over again in a different way after 2 sessions (yes this has happened!!).

What would you prefer??? Online self-paced programme, online video conference or face to face session??

Personal opinion!!
💪🏼Photo on the left - Look trim, fit and feeling good
👎🏼Photo on the right - Look dumpy, legs aren't toned and double chin comes out.

But I know, it is all about ANGLES for how you see yourself!!

Your mind is your own personal angle 🧠

How you speak about yourself and the world around you affects what and how you see and think 🧐

If you change the way you speak and what you focus on, you will notice the world around you correlates that mindset.

Thinking positively, reframing your beliefs and prioritising what is important to you helps you see through a different lens and move forward in life towards that brighter life 🥰

You can only get the things that you want. People may support you. Others may not.

You just have to push yourself to go after what you want.

A coach is there to keep you accountable, challenge anything indecisive and get to the root of what you want and figure out how to get there.
