The Akashic Records are a field of consciousness that holds the energetic memory of your soul, your experiences, patterns, and deeper awareness.
In a reading, I open a quiet and grounded space where we can gently explore what is present for you. This may include emotional patterns, life themes, or areas where something is asking to be understood rather than pushed.
Alongside the Records, I work with a natural, grounded empathy that allows me to feel and recognise emotional layers that are not always immediately visible. This helps bring clarity to what can otherwise feel confusing or overwhelming, translating emotion into something you can safely understand and integrate.
My approach is calm, intuitive, and deeply respectful of your pace. There is no forcing, no fixing, only listening.
Many people leave with a sense of clarity, relief, and a deeper connection to themselves.

There are moments in what I do now, that stay with me…
and this was one of them.

It’s about the feeling behind it.
Being trusted. Being let in. Being part of someone’s process.
The smiles, the tears and the hugs… always the hugs

I don’t take that lightly.

What happens in the sessions isn’t always loud or obvious…
but when something shifts, it really shifts.
And receiving something like this is a reminder of that.

Today everything feels a little slower, I am tired… Not a bad tired, just that kind where you can feel your energy catching up with you. The “energy hangover” is very real

Yesterday event was really beautiful. It felt personal. Easy. I felt comfortable straight away, with everybody there, with the space, with the people who came.

I could feel a lot. I always do. Not just what people were saying, but what was sitting underneath it… and I didn’t feel the need to fix anything. Just to sit with them in it. That’s probably the part that means the most to me.

And then the Akashic Records… there’s always a moment where something just lands. I see it in your faces, in your bodies. That quiet “yes”. Not because it’s new information, but because you already knew, deep inside.

That moment gets me every time! The Records don’t really tell you what to do. They just open things up a bit. Help you see what’s been there all along, or what you’ve been carrying without realising.

I’m really grateful for everyone who sat with me yesterday. You are Amazing!

If you’ve ever been curious about the Records, you don’t need to come with anything prepared. You just come as you are. That’s enough 🤍

There is a kind of rest that isn’t just about stopping…
… It Is the feeling of returning to a place where your body remembers before your mind does.

For me this place is Spain. I don’t go there to do more or to become anything.
In there I reconnect with the energy that held me before life became… everything else.

Sometimes rest is not about disconnecting from the world. It’s about reconnecting with yourself at the deepest level.
And for me… that connection begins at my roots.

There is something profoundly healing about placing your energy back into the land where you were born. The body exhales, the nervous system recognises safety without needing explanation.

✨ Rest is not a luxury. It is a return to balance A quiet remembering of who you are… beneath everything you carry.

If your body has been asking for pause lately… maybe it’s not asking you to stop.
Maybe it’s asking you to come home. 🤍

🃏There are tools that support the work and then there are tools that speak ✨

The Three Cards have become a constant presence in my sessions as something that gently reveals what is already there.

They bring forward the emotions at play in a situation with a clarity that often surprises people. Layers that haven’t yet been spoken suddenly have a voice.

They open conversations that might otherwise take much longer to reach and they do it with honesty, precision, and care.

What continues to amaze me is their accuracy. Again and again, they reflect exactly what the person is holdingneven before they can name it themselves.

They are always present in my Akashic Records readings, supporting the space, deepening the understanding, and allowing the session to unfold with more ease and depth.

Not because the answers are outside of us… but because sometimes we need something to help us see what we already carry. ✨

Yesterday I had the privilege of spending a couple of hours with Dr Gareth Palmer, learning more about his Three Card Therapy method.

There is something incredibly powerful about sitting with someone who has dedicated their life to understanding people not just through theory, but through real human connection.

I am always a student first and moments like this remind me how much there is to learn, to refine, and to integrate into the way I hold space for others.

So grateful for the time, the conversations, and the depth of insight shared ✨🫶🏻

On Saturday I took Chiti Therapies on the road for a photoshoot in an incredible venue.

Candles, crystals, tuning forks…and a room that instantly felt ready to hold deep work.

This is only the beginning.

✨ Today’s emotion: Reverence
Reverence is not admiration or gratitude it is something quieter and deeper
It is the emotion of recognising that something is sacred

This energy fits beautifully with my work in Reiki, Akashic awareness and nervous-system regulation

This is when I feel it most:
✨when someone trusts me with their story
✨when we manage to release years of pain in a session
✨when I suddenly realise how fragile and miraculous life is

It always comes with feeling the presence of something bigger than myself

How does it feel energetically in the chakras
🌿 Heart chakra: expands softly, not like joy, Reverence is definitely quieter than Joy
👁 Third eye: awareness and peaceful feelings
👑 Crown chakra: openness to something sacred, bigger.
🌍 Root chakra: in this charka we feel grounded through humility
