Morning Yogis and Dancers!
I am back from India it was truly inspiring and humbling experience
We cried we laughed we opened to the door to the heart, we bathed feet in the mother Ganga we saw the sunrise over the Himalayas we stayed in SRSG ashram, spent time in silence. Even saw some old friends #
I am so utterly grateful for the experience. # ashramlife # sunrise


Time table fully back to the schedule including morning afternoon & evening classes , all early morning zoom classes, one to one, chair yoga, Zumba Gold - 🙏 Thankyou to all my cover teachers Nik, Ayla, Tara & Em that made it possible for me to go keep the ball rolling for you all a special Thankyou to my mum who made the effort to come down from Newark and share her wonderful knowledge! To tildy who helped to keep things going behind the scenes! My lovely hubby picking me up!
I am back 🙏 Looking forward to seeing you all again and sharing the teachings.
