My Massage client base ranges from 9 years - 97 years and I can treat people with many day to day ailments for stress and tension - bodily pain - injury - and for sporting issues. The Coaching focuses on making lifestyle changes to improve health and well being. This include improving confidence and overcoming fears and phobias.
