There’s something special about watching a child climb higher than they thought they could 🧗🏼♀️✨
The pause.
The planning.
The deep breath.
The “I did it.”
Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen incredible progress in our climbing sessions - children who were once hesitant are now problem-solving routes, trusting their bodies and asking to go higher.
Climbing supports:
• Core strength & postural control
• Motor planning & bilateral coordination
• Proprioceptive processing & body awareness
• Emotional regulation through graded challenge
• Confidence & self-efficacy
But more than anything - it builds belief.
