I'm sure most of us have suffered at least one of these issues. Leaving us distracted and less productive on those days. So it makes sense for employers to understand and support their female staff. 

Menstruation and menopause are being dragged out of the cupboard of shame and into the spotlight to be discussed so that solutions can be found, and there are many. Staying hydrated, walking in the fresh air, and Yoni steaming are three easy ones.
