Mid spring arrives with green vibrancy, our senses are enriched with the sound of the birds, smells of fresh blossom, and the feel of the earth warming beneath our feet.
She is alive with fertility, hope, and optimism. She welcomes us to awaken a little more, to stretch our arms out to the sun and claim our place here, amongst and with all things.
We are invited to take up space, dance, celebrate, move out the heaviness, to feel the grief whilst dancing too with earth awakening joy 🌸
Which flowers and trees call you?
What helps you to move with and through all the heaviness right now?
Beech & rose flower essences are supporting me so deeply, as is my Birch leaf tincture, supporting me in cleansing and welcoming new beginnings 🌿
I was amazed at the universe, the magic today. I was deep in the depths of feeling grief, having said goodbye to our beloved dog, Bear.
The past three days of deep feeling, today came around, and my hawthorn ran out, but I trusted it was time.
Last week that may have floored me. The things I would cling to, things I felt I needed, couldn't do without.
All a part of the story of needing what is outside of self.
We can choose to ask for help, to be supported by the stars, humans, and plant kin. But when it becomes what we lean on, we get out balance. We become the victim needing to be saved by something or someone.
I then took a long walk with Grace, put my feet on the earth beside beautiful dandelions, and asked for the oak to guide me back to my strength. Deeply feeling held, joy later emerged and hope.
I came home and remembered later that today, in the celtic ogham calendar, we have moved from Hawthorn to Oak.
We are so deeply wise, it's in our bones. Our bodies know how to be in tune with nature. Both the seen physical and the felt unseen, the mystical.

Join me next Sunday in circle for the Ta**us New moon, grounding into our worth, our senses, slowing down, and being 🌿
