This will be my first show back since taking time out for my health, and I am looking forward to being back with the LizianEvents community at Newark Showground for their first show of the year.

There are always lots of interesting therapies, stalls and talks at these events, so do come along, and pop and say hello.

Medicial Mushrooms are an important part of a Herbalist toolbox along with other medical mushrooms and herbs.

Awake stupid early but looking forward to day 2, weekend 1 of Hypnotherapy training.

One of the interesting things that I learned yesterday is in relation to the word try.

How often do you use that word in you day to day life?

Did you know that the word try sets you up to fail?

So here's a challenge that I would like to share with you....

Can you replace the word try with something else?

I am going to use the phrase "i will do my best" or instead of the word trying "I am doing my best".

What are you going to use and how many of you are going to take on this challenge?

Good morning all!!

Couple of announcements from the Hedera camp this morning.

Unfortunately at this current time I am unable to attend shows and events due to a hernia that has occurred at my kidney removal incision site.

I am still taking appointments for all my other service at my at home therapy space.

Today, I also start my journey of training to become a hypnotherapist.

This is something I always planned to offer as a stand alone service or a service alongside herbal medicine consultations.

It will also teach me skills that will be a great addition to all the other services that I offer.

Good morning all

Unfortunately I will not be attending the Grantham Wellbeing event at the Meres Leisure centre this Sunday as I have chosen to rearrange my weekend to attend Collingham show in memory of my Dad.

Many of you may know or many have noticed that I have not posted or promoted as much this year, this has been due to a need to focus a bit on my own health, where I have had a few operations and undergoing immunotherapy. More recently I am navigating the passing of my dad.

This is why I haven't attended some shows that you would normally see me at.

I am still available for appointments for:-
Herbal Medicine consultations
Food sensitivity testing
Reiki
Psychic surgery
Crystal therapy

And of course training for all levels of Usui Shiki Rhoyo Reiki.

Unfortunately, I will not be attending the wonderful LizianEvents - Newark Well Being Show on the 5th and 6th of September as I will be taking a break between the 4th and the 11th of September.

There is as always loads of great fellow community members there.

If you would like to book in with myself though I do offer the same treatments outside of the show environment.

There will be new treatments added when I am back at shows in September, so look out for those and I will look forward to seeing all of the LizianEvents community at the next show in Lincoln.
