Today I have spent the day with The Sweary Crystal Lady learning how to make Crystal essences, and the crystal therapy skills of resonance therapy.

Crystal therapy is one of the many holistic therapies that I offer here at Hedera Herbal Medicine and Holistic Therapies.

I am in my second year of the diploma in Crystal therapy with Niki - The Sweary Crystal lady, and I have been taught many different crystal therapy techniques and skills during a crystal therapy session.

Good morning all.

Over the year the services I offer has grown and changed, so i thought I would take the time to post about what services I do offer.

I will post about these individually and give in depth details on each one.

Firstly, we have herbal medicine consultations.

Herbal medicine consultation are offered as a full consultation where we discuss why you have have chosen to go down the herbal medicine root: your main health concern.

From there we talk about what is going on with you, your diet, your lifestyle, past medical history, any medications you are prescribed, are you taking any supplements and every system of your body to find out how your body is functioning.

All of this information builds a picture of you and what it feels like to be you in your body.

Allowing me to prescribed herbs safely, with knowledge of any medications you may be being prescribed from your GP, offer diet and lifestyle advice, and carry out research into the health diagnoses you are experiencing, leading to a bespoke herbal medicine just for you.

The first consultation lasts around an hour and a half, and follow up consultations are an hour and recommended monthly.

I offer consultation in person at my home in Nottingham, remotely via zoom, and home visits are available.

The first announcement of exciting news from Hedera HQ!!

Today, I had coffee with the lovely Michelle at Haunted Heritage Paranormal Events, and I can happily confirm that I am joining them as part of their team.

Expect to see me at their upcoming Psychic Table Events where I will be giving short tarot readings to our wonderful guests.

My first event with them will be on the 15th May at the beautiful Newstead Abbey.

Home from a lovely weekend at LizianEvents Newark well being show.

I am tired and achey, but and am also proud of myself for doing it.

Norma, Richard, Luna and Chris The Pyramid Lady, Debbie Tranquil Awakenings, Peter Wall and Di, Gill Moore, Carol Wallace and the Crystal Carols team, Kirstie Wood Ethically gifted, the Gently Stirred team, Don Harradine and Carol Harradine at for life and the rest of the well being community, and of course every single one of you who came to my stand said hello, had a treatment, brought a product and attended my talk.

You have all made my first show back wonderful, fun and totally enjoyable. 💖

Having a wonderful weekend at LizianEvents Newark wellbeing show at Newark Showground.

So many lovely people and community members, and such great energy, it is so good to be back.

Thank you to my friend Shelly Revel of The QuirkyWick Candle Co. for her help and support yesterday, she makes some lovely candles, pop and give her a look they smell amazing.
