Someone asked me that they wanted to loose "weight" only in their stomach. Well i told them they'll have to amputate their stomach to do that and this goes to anyone thinking it's possible to loose weight in a particular part of their body while excluding the rest.

You didn't get fat in a particular spot, so why are you trying to perform magic?

As you go through the fat loss process, you will be losing weight/fat all round, meaning everything will be reducing....even the boob's and bums 😁.

If you don't want to lose them, firt ask yourself if you ever had big breast or bu**um.

That's why all my breast is finish, all I had was fat under my skin 😏

Life happens and you gain some fat ,start binge eating etc but what always keeps me going is my WHY. Why i started this journey from day 1.

One thing I've mastered is my ability to control myself. When you possess self control, you can do anything.

When i took the picture in January, I was a bit sad but I new it was nothing because when there's a drastic change, my body will suffer the change, process it then adapt.

I think the process is good cuz I'm going back to where I first started, not giving up and showing up even in my meals.

Taking it 1 day at the time and building back some muscles😁😁
