OUR PROGRAMME
A 6-month abstinence-based residential rehabilitation journey:

➡️ Phase 1 – Raithby Hall (3 Months)
• Intensive rehabilitation
• Stabilisation & routine

➡️ Phase 2 – Carlton House (3 Months)
• Continued rehabilitation
• Independence & long-term recovery

Our structured 6-month residential rehab programme includes:
➡️ Phase 1 – Raithby Hall (3 months)

You’ll be part of a team delivering meaningful, lasting change every single day.
THE ROLE
As a Rehab Recovery Worker, you’ll support residents through every stage of their journey, helping them to:
• Maintain abstinence
• Build structure, routine & discipline
• Develop independence & life skills
• Engage in 12-step recovery
• Prepare for life back in the community
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Day-to-day support within a residential setting
• Deliver structured key work sessions
• Support recovery plans & progress
• Teach life skills (budgeting, cooking, routines)
• Encourage engagement in recovery activities
• Maintain professional records
• Uphold safeguarding & boundaries
• Attend training, supervision & team meetings
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for people who are:
• Passionate about recovery 🔥
• Confident working with complex needs
• Strong with boundaries & consistency
• Reliable, organised & resilient
• Committed to high standards of care
Essential:
• Understanding of the 12-step programme
Desirable:
• Experience in rehab or supported housing
