The signs are there. Your body whispers long before our mind catches up. As a physio I see how we choose to ignore the body’s whispers. I’m guilty of ignoring them too. Not sleeping well but out in the fresh air and feeling so happy to be out seeing amazing runners quietly doing there thing. I’m still not sure what my ‘thing’ is but I’m working on building something special. I have a plan, a strategy and determination. Starting over at 51 isn’t failing, it’s a new beginning. We’ve got this ladies 🥰 😘

Sometimes the smallest of movements can be a little reset that the body needs. We often carry stress in our neck and shoulders. Seated shoulder shrugs with emphasis on the let go phase can be used to shake out stress being help around this area. Give it a go and see what you think

🧠 kicked in at 2.45 (ish!) so rather than lay there with ‘colours of October’ looping through my head (yep that’s the song of choice today) Not sure if it’s better or worse than ‘Islands in the stream’….I decided to get up and do some batch cooking. I now have 5 meals, 2 lunches and a big batch of seitan…..let’s see how the day pans out 😬🫠 😘
