Pre-Workout nutrition and Intra-Workout nutrition are the most important things you can do to make any kind of progress in the gym.
Now this meal is most certainly not going to work for everyone, but if your primary goal is strength and performance it most certainly will. .

Posterior Power - 6'4" 290lbs / 132kg Athlete

The posterior chain is the most influential muscle group in the body. The glutes, hamstrings, and lower back tremendously affect your athletic prowess: they're the prime movers of forward propulsion.

A strong posterior chain makes you a stronger person. With weak or inhibited glutes, you won't be able to run as fast, or jump as high, resulting in lower back and hamstring problems.

If you're looking to build strength and power while preventing injuries, then making sure to put some focus on training your posterior chain is an absolute must.

295kg / 645lbs Deadlift - Speed .
For anyone wondering, I don't normally wear Lifting Straps either, I pride myself on my grip strength. But unfortunately I tore my hand open two weeks ago which required 10 Stitches.
Another few weeks and the Straps will be gone also. .

325kg / 720lbs Deadlift - No Belt
With only 2 hours of sleep and already training once before this session, I was pretty pleased with my Upper Body Power Session .
I also pulled 295kg / 650lbs for Speed Reps which I will also post. .
Very happy to be back at CrossFit Nice while I am in the South of France.
This is an amazing training facility and I highly recommend to anyone here in the South of France to check this place out.
Thank you CrossFit Nice for looking after me. .
